1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS or UPS as shipping providers.

a. SHIPPING CHARGES
Flat-Rate Shipping for all orders placed under $99 are subject to a $6.39 shipping charge. All orders over $99 placed on our website will receive Free Shipping.

b. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping, however, this is an option that we will be looking into in the near-future.

2. Order Timeline:
Lead-times differ based on our current production schedule. Our current lead-times average 3-6 weeks from the customer's order date. In extreme cases, some orders may take up to 10-12 weeks from the customer's order date.
Lead-Times on Orders can depend on several factors including, but not limited to: Number of Item(s), Number of Custom Item(s), Product Type(s), and COVID-19 Supply/Manufacturing Restrictions.

Due to a high volume of package increases and limited employee availability caused by the impact of COVID-19, USPS and UPS may experience additional delay in delivering your package.

Lead-Times can also fluctuate based on the following factors:

The product is cool, but the service was terrible 😣

I had gotten this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it wasn’t arriving in time, so I tried contacting the buyer by email and there was no response so I sent another email and still no response so I sent a third email and I still got no response. At this point, I was hoping I could get it to my boyfriend for his birthday because it was in January, but there was still no luck for that. So I sent a message through Facebook and I still got no response. So then I tried calling and I could not get through, so I started thinking it was a scam. And I looked them up, and I found out that they were located in the town next to me! What were the odds of that?! so I drove over there to the physical location and found no evidence of the company in the area! So I was very upset at this point, and was sure that this was a scam. I was so disappointed that I was not able to give this present to my boyfriend, because I was very excited to give it to him! I decided to let it go. Couple months later I get an email from VO saying that they are sorry that they were having issues with their staff and they are now ready to fulfill my order and will be sending it to me. At this point I did not believe it and didn’t say anything at all. I waited and still didn’t receive anything so I figured Yep it’s just a scam. Few weeks go by and eventually I receive another email saying that they are ready to deliver it . I think what are the chances of it actually being delivered? Very slim, I am thinking. But I still think maybe there is a chance. I guess that’s the optimist in me! But what do you know, they actually did deliver, and the thing is awesome! It is really cool and my boyfriend loved it! Just like I thought he would! So, unfortunately, all I can give them is a two star because the service was just so terrible, but the product is pretty cool!!
