You didn't fulfill my order, had to contact credit card company to get response and you still did not fulfill my order.
I ordered one keep and received that in January and I had also ordered bonfire with chairs and mountains and didn’t receive that but received another Jeep.. this was in March.. I placed the orders in Nov for Xmas gifts..
We never received them, so I cannot give you a good rating on something that we paid for and did not receive
i recieved my moose hanging plaque but never recieved the magnetic hardware kit
Did not get the item I purchased. Sent the wrong item. Did not receive the hanging hardware like I ordered. Communication is almost non-existent. Found out they have many complaints on the BBB. Definitely regret this purchase.
Very nice work but your turn around time sucks. I ordered my item back in mid December and finally received 14 days ago
The product finally came and looks good. I sent several messages to the company asking where my product was while I waited month after month. I never received a response. I thought the order was a scam and was planning to put a stop on my credit card charge. Nice product but poor service.

I ordered the product three weeks before Christmas as a gift. The product arrived 3 months later and was damaged in transport (bent). Because there was no communication from VO Metal after the date of purchase and due to the product not arriving as anticipated, I reported the purchase to my bank as fraud.
Looks great. Good quality work. It did take a long time to get it and communication was not great but the sign is very nice. I will be ordering more in the future. Thank you

After waiting months to receive the item it wasn’t spelled correctly and the customer service won’t respond!!! Do not order from this company!!!!
The cat heart was great, but I ordered this on11/29/23 it said ships in 6days . I did not receive it until around 3/9/24. Product is great shipping sucks!
My friend loved it but it arrived 4 months late reached out too see what was wrong and got vague response and honestly thought it was a scam but it finally came and it is nice

Nice sign, but not as thick as I thought it would be. It also took forever before we ever got it. Reached out multiple times and only got one response saying they were behind. I understand completely, but a little more communication/response would have been nice with updates. Overall… Nice sign.
It took over two months to receive the order and the monogram is not what I ordered. Pathetic!
I had gotten this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it wasn’t arriving in time, so I tried contacting the buyer by email and there was no response so I sent another email and still no response so I sent a third email and I still got no response. At this point, I was hoping I could get it to my boyfriend for his birthday because it was in January, but there was still no luck for that. So I sent a message through Facebook and I still got no response. So then I tried calling and I could not get through, so I started thinking it was a scam. And I looked them up, and I found out that they were located in the town next to me! What were the odds of that?! so I drove over there to the physical location and found no evidence of the company in the area! So I was very upset at this point, and was sure that this was a scam. I was so disappointed that I was not able to give this present to my boyfriend, because I was very excited to give it to him! I decided to let it go. Couple months later I get an email from VO saying that they are sorry that they were having issues with their staff and they are now ready to fulfill my order and will be sending it to me. At this point I did not believe it and didn’t say anything at all. I waited and still didn’t receive anything so I figured Yep it’s just a scam. Few weeks go by and eventually I receive another email saying that they are ready to deliver it . I think what are the chances of it actually being delivered? Very slim, I am thinking. But I still think maybe there is a chance. I guess that’s the optimist in me! But what do you know, they actually did deliver, and the thing is awesome! It is really cool and my boyfriend loved it! Just like I thought he would! So, unfortunately, all I can give them is a two star because the service was just so terrible, but the product is pretty cool!!
